End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Allan Lozares ("Licensor") and governs your use of this mobile application ("App").

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal and lawful purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App except where permitted by law.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

User Content

You remain responsible for all files and content that you access, manage, convert, encrypt, decrypt, share, back up, or restore through the App.

You should maintain independent backups of important files.

Third-Party Services

The App may provide access to third-party cloud storage or other services. The Licensor does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, security, or content.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including loss of files or data, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
